From the survey we did for 2 (two) weeks online, we use http://www.surveyonics.com. We obtained 51 respondents with the help of communication media such as Blackberry Messenger and social media Twitter and Facebook.

From the survey we made, we obtained the following results: 88% of respondents were 20-25 years. The majority of of them are a student and employee. 72% of respondents rarely visited Soekarno Hatta International Airport. We found evidence from the survey results that the existing facilities at Soekarno Hatta International Airport should get more attention in the area of service to the boarding lounge. And, Soekarno Hatta International Airport facilities are not satisfactory airport visitors.
Based on data from 51 respondents we have, from the title that we made “The lack of facilitiesat Soekarn oHatta International Airport“. We analyzed that the Soekarno Hatta International Airport visitors are satisfied with the available facilities at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The satisfied responses are mainly on area boarding lounge. There is need for improvement and modernization. Comfortable place, cleanliness, and security at Soekarno Hatta International Airport should be prioritized in order to increase the visitors’ airports.
