Electric Rail trains are modes of public transportation are the most effective, because basically the capacity provided to accommodate hundreds of passengers in a single transport to a destination. It also Railroads Rail Electric has lajurnya own so he canwalk freely without being disturbed by traffic other land transport modes.

Naturally it in the big cities should prioritize rail transportation electric railway. Due to the high mobility in large cities must be accompanied by a mode of transport that can accommodate the needs of the public transport, especially in the capital city of Jakarta.

If it is so, realized this airport KRL plans will be able to use two different types of routes with KRL. The first route using the regular train route Manggarai Station-Sudirman-Tanah Abang-Duri-Grogol-Bojong Indah Land-Kalideres-High-Soekarno Hatta. While the second route using the express train route Manggarai-Sudirman-Tanah Abang-Duri-Angke-Pluit-Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. KM 48 of 2008 which refers to the Airport Master Plan to develop the Soekarno Hatta airport to airport aerotropolis concept of building an airport which has integrated that it becomes like a city at an airport.
