Analysis
In our fourth article, we will explain about our analysis of the cause of the delay of a flight consisting of several factors.
We analyze our research method based on an online survey that we did that the cause of flight delays come from internal factors, namely technical constraints, constraints oprasional and time slot. Also external factors weather.
Most of our respondents chose that which causes flight delays are caused by external factors (weather) and some of them chose to internal factors as the reason.

Research Methods”
In our third article, we will conductre search method based on the title of our paper is “TheCause of Delay In The Flight“. To obtain data about the title, we use the descriptive research method.
In collecting the data, we use the internet is to do an online survey and literature review. Here’s the link we use to conduct online surveys and magazines

The survey we are doing by asking questions about the factors in a delay of the flight.

In our second article, we take the theoretical basis of the title of our paper is “The cause of the delay in the Airfrom several sources that weget from magazines and Law.
Here is the cause of the delayof a flight that weget from magazinesTRANSPORT Vol. No.28. 1,June 2010are:
1.Ramp Handling
That delayin performing load cargo and postal packaging, hygiene in accuracies aircraft handling time, charging or disposal offuel is enough to occupy a lot of time, and delays in handling catering for passengers.
2.Terminal Handling
That delay in check-in process, handling the grouping passengers, and baggage handling.
3.Operational Handling
That is the problem with the flight documents.
4.Technical Problem
That is the damage to the aircraft or replacement of aircraft for some technical reasons.
5.External
That weather issues or problems with the immigration and customs.

Next,here are the others ources we have obtained from the Law  Decree No. 1 of 2009 Chapter 1 Article1 of the Flight Delay. Containing “Delay in Flight is the time difference between the time of departure or arrival time of departure or arrival realization.

The main products of the company or the airlines is to provide passenger and goods transportation services are fast, secure, and comfortable. The performance of the airlines can be seen from the three main aspects of safety and security, timeliness, and service.Of these three aspects, in general airlines in Indonesia has not shown his best quality, most still in the unfavorable category. The low quality of aviation safety and security in Indonesia,marked by a high number of accidents.
So also with the things that should go togetherie flight punctuality and service level stobeless attention. Specifically flight punctuality problems. The purposeof this research is tofind out what are the factors that cause delays flights in Indonesia and the reasons for flight delays.
Flight punctuality is one of the main products of the airlines can be a benchmark of professionalism of the airlines, its users, the government and its rivals. Airlines is a business that is very sensitive to the image, when the airlines are experiencing delays departure, the negative image will be attached to the minds of its service users.
For example, the reason why many users choose the services of domestic flight services? because passengers usually only see in terms of affordable ticket prices, flight schedules that fit, and comfortin flight.Even in terms of timeliness was not amajor reason. Therefore, the performance of the airline in terms of  domestic flights punctuality still does not meet consumer expectations.
